肩贞 Jiān zhēn
位置
［定位］ 在肩关节后下方，臂内收时，腋后纹头上l寸。
［解剖］ 在肩关节后下方，肩胛骨外侧缘，三角肌后缘，下层是大圆肌；有旋肩胛动、静脉；布有腋神经分支，最深部上方为桡神经。
［主治］ 肩臂疼痛，瘰疬，耳鸣。
［ 配肩髃、肩髎治疗肩周炎。
配肩髎、曲池、肩井、手三里、合谷治疗上肢不遂。

[Point Location] With arm abducted, 1 cun above the posterior end of the axillary fold, posterior and inferior to the shoulder joint.
[Indications] Pain in arm, paralysis of the upper extremities, disorders of the shoulder joint and its surrounding soft tissue
