位置
［定位］ 在肩胛部，当岗下窝中央凹陷处，与第４胸椎相平。
［解剖］ 在岗下窝中央岗下肌中；有旋肩胛动、静脉肌支；布有肩胛神经。
［主治］ 肩胛疼痛，气喘，乳痈。
［配伍］ 配肩外俞治肩胛痛；配膻中、足三里治乳痈。
穴位(英)
[Point Location] In the depression of the the infrascapular fossa, one-third the distance between the lower border of the scapular spine and the inferior angle of the scapula, approximately level with T4 spinous process.
[Indications] Pain in the shoulder and the postero-lateral aspect of the elbow and arm.
