胃俞 Wèi shū
位置
［定位］ 在背部，当第12胸椎棘突下，旁开1.5寸。
［解剖］ 在腰背筋膜，最长肌和髂肋肌之间；有肋下 动、静脉后支；布有第十二胸神经后支的皮 支，深层为第十二胸神经后支外侧支。
［主治］ 胸胁痛，胃脘痛，呕吐，腹胀，肠鸣。
［配伍］ 配中脘、梁丘治胃痛。
［附注］ 胃的背俞穴。

[Point Location] 1.5 cun lateral to midline level with the spinous process of T12.
[Indications] Gastralgia, gastric ulcer, dyspepsia, nausea and vomiting, gastroptosis, chronic diarrhea, paralysis of the abdominis.
