三焦俞 Sān jiāo shū
位置
［定位］ 在腰部，当第1腰椎棘突下，旁开1.5寸。
［解剖］ 在腰背筋膜，最长肌和髂肋肌之间；有第一腰动、静脉后支；布有第十胸神经后支的皮支，深层为第一腰神经后支外侧支。
［主治］ 肠鸣，腹胀，呕吐，泄泻，痢疾，水肿，腰背强痛。
［配伍］ 配气海、足三里治肠鸣、腹胀。
［附注］ 三焦背俞穴。

[Point Location] 1.5 cun lateral to GV5 level with the spinous process of L1.
[Indications] Gastralgia, dyspepsia, enteritis, nephritis, neurasthenia, lumbago, enuresis.
