大肠俞 Dà cháng shū
位置
［定位］ 在腰部，当第4腰椎棘突下，旁开1.5寸。
［解剖］ 在腰背筋膜，最长肌和髂肋肌之间；有第四腰动、静脉后支；布有第三腰神经皮支，深层为腰丛。
［主治］ 腹胀，泄泻，便秘，腰痛。
［配伍］ 配气海、足三里、支沟治便秘。
［附注］ 大肠背俞穴。

[Point Location] 1.5 cun lateral to GV3 level with the spinous process of L4.
[Indications] Lumbago, sprain of the lumbar region, diarrhea, dysentery, constipation, sciatica, paralysis of lower extremities.
