小肠俞 Xiǎo cháng sh
位置
［定位］ 在骶部，当骶正中脊旁1.5寸，平第1骶后孔。
［解剖］ 在骶髂肌起始部和臀大肌起始部之间；有骶外侧动、静脉后支的外侧支；布有第一骶神经后支外侧支，第五腰神经后支。
［主治］ 遗精，遗尿，尿血，白带，小腹胀痛，泄泻，痢疾，疝气，腰腿疼。
［配伍］ 配天枢、足三里、上巨虚、关元治腹胀、痢疾、便秘。
配肾俞、三阴交、三焦俞、关元、曲泉治泌尿系结石。

[Point Location] 1.5 cun lateral to midline level with the first posterior sacral foramen.
[Indications] Lumbago, pain in the lumbo-sacral region, disorder of the ilio-sacral joint, enteritis, hematuria, leukorrhea.
