［定位］ 在胸部，当第2肋间隙，距前正中线4寸。
［解剖］ 在第二肋间隙，有胸大肌，胸小肌，深层为肋间内外肌；有胸肩峰动、静脉分支；布有胸前神经分支。
［主治］ 咳嗽，气喘，咳唾脓血，胸肋胀痛，乳痈。
［配伍］ 配天宗治乳痈。
