［定位］ 在胸部，当第3肋间隙，距前正中线4寸。
［解剖］ 第三肋间隙，有胸大肌，深层为肋间内、外肌；有胸外侧动、静脉；布有胸前神经分支。
［主治］ 咳嗽，气喘，胸肋胀痛，乳痈。
［配伍］ 配屋翳治乳痈。
