上‘骨蓼’ Shàng liáo
位置
［定位］ 在骶部，当髂后上棘与中线之间，适对第1骶后孔处。
［解剖］ 在骶棘肌起始部及臀大肌起始部；当额外
侧动、静脉后支处；布有第一髂神经 后支。
［主治］ 大小便不利，月经不调，带下，阴挺，遗 精，阳萎，腰痛。
［配伍］ 配三阴交、中极、治小便不利。
