［定位］ 在骶部，当当中髎下内方，适对第4骶后孔处。
［解剖］ 在臀大肌起始部；有臀下动、静脉分支；当第四骶神经后支通过处。
［主治］ 腹痛，便秘，小便不利，带下，腰痛。
［配伍］ 配气海治腹痛。
