［定位］ 在大腿后面，当承扶与委中的连线上，承扶下6寸。
［解剖］ 在半腱肌与股二头肌之间，深层为大收肌； 外侧为股深动、静脉第三穿支；布有股后皮神经，深层正当坐骨神经。
［主治］ 腰痛，下肢痿痹。
［配伍］ 配大肠俞治腰痛。

[Indications] Sciatica, back pain, paralysis of lower extremities.
