位置
［定位］ 在背部，当第2胸椎棘突下，旁开3寸。
［解剖］ 在肩胛岗内端边缘，有斜方肌，菱形肌，深层为髂肋肌；有颈横动脉降支，当第二肋间动、静脉后支；布有第二胸神经后支。
［主治］ 颈项强痛，肩背拘急，肘臂麻木。
［配伍］ 配大椎治颈项强痛。
［附注］ 手、足太阳经交会穴。

[Indications] Intercostal neuralgia, numbness of elbow and arm.
