［定位］ 在背部，当第9胸椎棘突下，旁开3寸。
［解剖］ 有背阔肌，髂肋肌；有第九肋间动、静脉背侧支；布有第八、九胸神经后支。
［主治］ 胸胁痛，呕吐，泄泻，背痛。
［配伍］ 配阳陵泉、支沟治胸肋痛。
