［定位］ 在背部，当第11胸椎棘突下，旁开3寸。
［解剖］ 有背阔肌，髂肋肌；有第十一肋间动、静 脉背侧支；布有第十、十一胸神经后支。
［主治］ 腹胀、肠鸣、呕吐、泄泻。
［配伍］ 脾俞、胃俞治腹胀。

[Point Location] 3 cun lateral to the midline, at the level of the fourth sacral foramen.
[Indications] Back pain, abdominal distention, dyspepsia, liver diseases, vomiting.
