［定位］ 在背部，当第12胸椎棘突下，旁开3寸。
［解剖］ 有背阔肌，髂肋肌；有肋下动、静脉背侧支；布有第十二、十三胸神经后支。
［主治］ 胃脘痛，腹胀，小儿食积，水肿，背脊痛。
［配伍］ 配足三里治胃痛。
