［定位］ 在腰部，当第1腰椎棘突下，旁开3寸。
［解剖］ 有背阔肌，髂肋肌；有第一腰动、静脉背侧支；布有第十二胸神经后支。
［主治］ 腹痛，便秘，痞块，乳疾。
［配伍］ 配气海天、枢治便秘。
