［定位］ 在臀部，平第2骶后孔，骶正中脊旁开3寸。
［解剖］ 有臀大肌，臀中肌及臀小肌；正当臀上动、静脉；布有臀上皮神经，深层为臀上神经。
［主治］ 肠鸣，腹胀，便秘，癃闭，腰脊强痛。
［配伍］ 配委中治腰痛。
