位置
［定位］ 在臀部，平第4骶后孔，骶正中脊旁开3寸。
［解剖］ 有臀大肌，在梨状肌下缘；正当臀下动、 静脉深层当臀下神经及股后皮神经，外侧 为坐骨神经。
［主治］ 小便不利，便秘，痔疾，腰骶痛，下肢痿痹。
［配伍］ 配委中、大肠俞治腰腿疼痛。
