［定位］ 在小腿后面，当委中与承山的连线上，腓肠肌肌腹中央，委中下5寸。
［解剖］ 在腓肠肌两肌腹之间；有小隐静脉，深层为腓后动、静脉；布有腓肠内侧皮神经，深层为腓神经。
［主治］ 痔疾，腰腿拘急疼痛。
［配伍］ 配委中治下肢挛痛。

[Point Location] On the posterior leg, 5 cun inferior to BL54, in the center of the gastrocnemius muscle, along the line connecting BL54 and BL57.
[Indications] Leg pain, hemorrhoids, stiffness ad pain in back and lumbar region
