至阴 Zhì yīn
位置
［定位］ 在足小趾末节外侧，距趾甲角0.1寸。
［解剖］ 有趾背动脉及趾跖侧固有动脉形成的动脉网；布有趾跖侧固有神经及足背外侧皮神经。
［主治］ 头痛，目痛，鼻塞，鼻衄，胎位不正，难产。
［配伍］ 配太冲、百会治头痛。
［附注］ 足太阳经所出为“井”。

[Point Location] 0.1 cun posterior to the corner of the nail on the lateral side of the small toe. contraindicated to needle during pregnancy.
[Indications] Malposition of fetus, difficult labour.
