位置
［定位］在肘横纹中，当肱二头肌腱的尺侧缘。
［解剖］在肱二头肌腱的尺侧；当肱动、静脉处；布有正中神经的本干。
［主治］心痛，善惊，心悸，胃疼，呕吐，转筋，热病，烦躁，肘臂痛，上肢颤动，咳嗽。
［配伍］配神门、鱼际治呕血；配内关、大陵治心胸痛；配大陵、心俞、厥阴俞治心悸、心痛；配少商、尺泽、曲池治疗肘臂挛急、肩臂痛。
［附注］心包经合穴。
