辄筋 Zhé jīn
位置
［定位］在侧胸部，渊腋前１寸，平乳头，第４肋间隙中。
［解剖］在胸大肌外缘，有前锯肌，肋间内、外肌；有胸外侧动、静脉；布有第四肋间神经外侧皮支。
［主治］胸肋痛，喘息，呕吐，吞酸，腋肿，肩臂痛。
［配伍］配肺俞、定喘治胸闷喘息不得卧；配阳陵泉、支沟治胸胁痛。
