［定位］在侧腰部，章门后１.８寸，当十二肋骨游离端的下方。
［解剖］有腹内、外斜肌及腹横肌；有第十一肋间动、静脉；布有第十一肋间神经。
［主治］肠鸣，泄泻，腹胀，腰胁痛。
［配伍］配行间治腰痛不可久立仰俯；配身柱、筋缩、命门治脊强脊痛。
［附注］肾经募穴。
