位置
［定位］在手背部，当环指本节（掌指关节）的后方，第４、５掌骨间凹陷处。
［解剖］有第四骨间肌；皮下有手背静脉网及第四掌背动脉；布有来自尺神经的手背支。
［主治］头痛，目眩，目赤，目痛，耳聋，耳鸣，喉痹，肩背肘臂酸痛 ，手指不能屈伸，脊膂痛，热病。
［配伍］配角孙治耳鸣耳聋；配太白治大便难；配支沟、内庭治嗌痛。

[Point Location] With fist clenched, on the dorsum of the hand between the fourth and fifth metacarpal bones in a depression proximal to the fourth metacarpophalangeal joint.
[Indications] Headache, tinnitus, deafness, sore throat and paralysis of upper extremities or hands
