外关 Wài guān
位置
［定位］在前臂背侧，当阳池与肘尖的连线上，腕背横纹上２寸，尺骨与桡骨之间。
［解剖］在桡骨与尺骨之间，指总伸肌与拇长伸肌之间，屈肘俯掌时则在指总伸肌的桡侧；深层有前臂骨间背侧动脉和掌侧动、静脉；布有前臂背侧皮神经，深层有前臂骨间背侧及掌侧神经。
［主治］热病，头痛，颊痛，耳聋，耳鸣，目赤肿痛，胁痛，肩背痛，肘臂屈伸不利，手指疼痛，手颤。
［配伍］配足临泣治颈项强痛、肩背痛；配大椎、曲池治外感热病；配阳陵泉治胁痛。
［附注］三焦经络穴，八脉交会穴－通阳维脉。
