支沟 Zhī gōu
位置
［定位］在前臂背侧，当阳池与肘尖的连线上，腕背横纹上３寸，尺骨与桡骨之间。
［解剖］在桡骨与尺骨之间，指总伸肌与拇长伸肌之间，屈肘俯掌时则在指总伸肌的桡侧；深层有前臂骨间背侧和掌侧动、静脉；布有前臂背侧皮神经，深层有前臂骨间背侧及掌侧神经。
［主治］暴喑，耳聋，耳鸣，肩背酸痛，胁肋痛，呕吐，便秘，热病。
［配伍］配天枢治大便秘结；配双侧支沟治急性腰扭伤、胁痛。
