［定位］在前臂背侧，当阳池与肘尖的连线上，肘尖下５寸，尺骨与桡骨之间。
［解剖］在指总伸肌和尺侧腕伸肌之间；深层有前臂骨间背侧动、静脉；布有前臂背侧皮神经，深层有前臂骨间背侧神经。
［主治］暴喑，暴聋，齿痛，呼吸气短，咽阻如梗，前臂痛。
［配伍］配三阳络、消泺、肩髎、天髎、肩外俞治肩臂痛；配三阳络、阳溪治手指伸展不利，上肢不遂。
