位置
［定位］在肩胛部，肩井与曲垣的中间，当肩胛骨上角处。
［解剖］有斜方肌、冈上肌；有颈横动脉降支，深层为肩胛上动脉肌支；布有第一胸神经后支外侧皮支，副神经，深层为肩胛上神经肌支。
［主治］肩臂痛，颈项强痛，胸中烦满。
［配伍］配秉风、天宗、清冷渊、臑会治颈肩综合征、上肢不遂。
