［定位］在胸部，当前正中线上，平第3肋间。
［解剖］在胸骨体中点；有胸廓（乳房）内动、静脉的前穿支；布有第三肋间神经前皮支的内侧支。
［主治］膺胸疼痛，咳嗽，气短，喘息，喉痹咽肿，呕吐寒痰，两乳肿痛。
［配伍］玉堂透膻中、内关、胸夹脊（T1-5 ）治疗胸痹。
