位置
［定位］在项部，当后发际正中直上1寸，枕外隆凸直下，两侧斜方肌之间凹陷处。
［解剖］在项韧带和项肌中，深部为环枕后膜和小脑延髓池；有枕动、静脉分支及棘间静脉丛；布有第三颈神经和枕大神经支。
［主治］癫狂，痫证，癔病，中风不语，悲恐惊悸，半身不遂，眩晕，颈项强痛，咽喉肿痛，目痛，鼻衄。
［配伍］配腰俞治足不仁；配昆仑治癫狂、多言；配二间、迎香治鼽衄；配金津、玉液、廉泉治舌强难言。
