［定位］在上唇内，唇系带与上齿龈的相接处。
［解剖］有上唇系带；有上唇动、静脉；布有上颌内槽神经分支。
［主治］齿龈肿痛，口臭，齿衄，处鼻渊，面赤颊肿，唇吻强急，面部疮癣，两腮生疮，癫狂，项强。
［配伍］配风府治颈项急，不得顾；配承浆治口臭难近；配上关、大迎、翳风治口噤不开。
